Synopsis
With the Cold War at his zenith and nuclear arms treaty negotiations stalling, Superman decides to step in an remove nuclear weapons himself. This should be the dawning of a new age of peace but Lex Luthor has escaped and is ready to take advantage of the nuclear weapon vacuum.
