The Boma–Badingilo Migratory Landscape is a vast savanna ecosystem in South Sudan supporting one of the world’s largest terrestrial mammal migrations, featuring millions of white-eared kob and other antelope moving between protected areas in spectacular mega-herds. It preserves critical habitats for wildlife alongside cultural traditions of local communities, highlighting the importance of transboundary conservation in one of Africa’s most significant remaining wilderness landscapes.
