qutb minar
Qutb Minar in Delhi is a majestic 73-metre-high victory tower and the tallest brick minaret in the world, initiated in 1199 by Qutb-ud-din Aibak, founder of the Delhi Sultanate, and completed by his successors. Its five tapering storeys feature alternating fluted designs, intricate carvings, and Quranic inscriptions, representing a pinnacle of early Indo-Islamic architecture and a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
