Ingredients
- • 3 egg yolks
- • 1 tsp. Russian mustard (see above
- • recipe)
- • 1/2 tsp. sugar
- • 1/2 tsp. salt
- • Juice of 1/4 lemon
- • Wesson oil
- • 1 Tbs. sour cream
- • 1/2 jar capers, drained (optional)
Instructions
- Combine egg yolks, mustard, sugar, salt and lemon juice. Add
- a few sprinkles of cold water and, while beating, enough
- Wesson oil to reach desired consistency. At last minute, add
- sour cream and (optional) capers.
