Jumbo Fiesta Shrimp

Ingredients
- • 10 pcs. jumbo shrimps, deveined
- • 1 cup sweet n' sour sauce
- • 1 pc. green pepper
- • 1 med onion, chopped
- • 1 tbsp. butter
- • 1 clove garlic
- • 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- • salt and pepper to taste
- • 1 tbsp. catsup
Instructions
- SHRIMPS-devein and shell, leave the tails.
- Saute garlic, onions, bell pepper in butter in medium heat.
- Add the sweet n' sour sauce and catsup. simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add shrimps and cover for another 4 minutes.
- Serve hot with steamed rice.
